About Nickelmoor

From the edge of the Peak District to your front door.

Nickelmoor Limited is a Sheffield company selling homeware online. The name joins the city's steel-and-nickel history with the moorland a few miles west, and the range follows the same mood: heather, peat, slate and warm grey, in linen, wool, cotton, clay and glass.

We keep the collection small on purpose. Each piece is chosen to sit well alongside the others, so a throw, a lamp and a vase bought months apart still look like they belong together. Orders are packed with recycled paper and card, with no plastic void fill.

Delivery to the UK and the EU

Orders placed before 1 pm (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Every parcel is tracked, and the tracking link is emailed at dispatch.

No surprise charges

EU orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid. The total at checkout already includes import VAT and handling, so the courier will not ask you to pay anything on delivery.

Returns

Changed your mind? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send the item back unused in its original packaging. We refund the item price and the original standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives broken, email a photo within 7 days. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to return the damaged piece.

Which countries do you deliver to?

The United Kingdom and all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Can I pay in euros?

Yes. Choose € EUR at the top of the page and the prices, delivery and total are shown and charged in euros. UK customers are charged in pounds.

How long does delivery take?

UK standard delivery takes 2–4 working days, UK express 1–2. EU deliveries take 3–6 working days to Zone 1 and 5–9 working days to Zone 2. Times start from dispatch.

Do I pay customs or VAT on delivery in the EU?

No. Import VAT and duties are included in the price you pay at checkout.

How do I return something?

Email nickelmoor@outlook.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.

How should I care for linen and wool?

Each product page lists its care instructions. In general: wash linen at 40 °C and line-dry; spot-clean or hand-wash wool in cool water and dry flat.
